By accessing or using the 482 platform via 482.run or the related mobile application, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 482 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. Users who register an account are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.

To access the full range of 482 services, you must register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 482 support team immediately through the platform after logging in.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• Personal information provided during registration must be truthful and valid.
• 482 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.

All transactions on the 482 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local internet banking, TNG eWallet, and other payment methods listed on the platform. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered under the same user's name.

482 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers. Minimum and maximum deposit or withdrawal limits are subject to the rules set out on the platform and may change from time to time. Users are advised to check the account section for the latest limit information.

Any transactions suspected of being fraudulent or unauthorised will be investigated and may result in a temporary or permanent account freeze pending the outcome of the investigation.

Users of the 482 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's security systems.
• Transferring funds between user accounts for suspicious purposes.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through unauthorised means.
• Using another person's account or sharing login credentials with a third party.

A breach of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, along with the forfeiture of any outstanding balance or winnings without compensation.

The 482 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of its services. 482 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or system errors.

482 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is evidence of fraud, platform misuse, breach of terms, or for security reasons. In cases where an account is closed on valid grounds, any remaining funds (if applicable) will be returned to the user via the original payment method within a specified timeframe, subject to investigation and verification.

All content, logos, designs, text, images, and software on the 482 platform are the exclusive property of 482 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 482.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 482 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any linked third-party websites.

482 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website. These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, and any disputes shall be resolved through the channels designated by 482.
